Intellectual Property

Our Work

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise specified in our agreement. We retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Our Tools and Processes

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, methodologies, and any pre-existing materials used in delivering your project.

Your Materials

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us permission to use them solely for completing your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may result in work stoppage or additional fees

Project Changes

Changes to project scope may affect timeline and cost. We will communicate any impact and obtain your approval before proceeding with significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Circle Creative provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Circle Creative from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
